If a customer is up to 15 minutes late for an appointment, they may not receive all services scheduled for that appointment time. Our staff will complete all services requested if time allows, though we may determine which services are possible to complete in the allotted time remaining and the customer will be charged for the full services scheduled. If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule the appointment and the client will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
If a customer arrives on time but is waiting in our waiting room for more than 15 minutes after the scheduled visit, they will receive $25 off the appointment.
If a client is unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for regular services and 48 hours for services booked for three or more hours. If we do not receive notice 24 to 48 hours before the appointment time, we will charge the client in full for the missed services. In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, we will consider special events.
Mantra Salon has a zero-tolerance policy for no-show appointments. All customers must pay for any appointment that is scheduled and not attended. We may also require a deposit (TBD by your stylist) before scheduling a new appointment.
Returned Check Policy:
There will be a $35 handling fee for any returned checks.
