We value your time and ask you to value ours
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services and ask for a 48-hour notice for multi or color services. Failure to meet these requirements may result in being charged 50% for less than a 24 hours notice, and 100% for no show.

No-shows and no-calls will no longer be accepted in the salon until the missed appointment is paid in full. Additionally, a deposit will be required to book your next appointment.

For multi-spa, lash, hair extensions, corrective or fashion color services, a deposit is required.
